Regional Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of professionals to achieve business targets in the assigned region.
• Develop and implement strategies for growth, expansion, and customer acquisition in rural finance (MFI) segment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative financial products for agriculture sector clients.
• Ensure effective risk management, compliance, and regulatory adherence across all operations.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in agri finance, group sales, MFI, microfinance, NBFC or rural banking.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets through leadership roles in similar industries.
• Strong understanding of agricultural lending practices and market trends in the region.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
