Regional Head – Partnerships & Rural Initiatives

About the Role

Responsible for driving Partnerships & Rural Initiatives across the
assigned region, with end-to-end ownership of business growth, distribution
expansion, productivity and profitability across the Rural ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive
   business growth through partnerships, rural ecosystems and distribution
   channels.
2. Identify,
   onboard and scale strategic partnerships across the region.
3. Develop
   and execute regional business plans for Rural & Semi-Urban markets.
4. Drive
   activation, productivity and revenue from existing partnerships.
5. Leverage
   branches and digital platforms for customer acquisition and cross-sell.
6. Work
   with Product, Credit, Risk, Operations and Technology teams to build
   scalable customer journeys.
7. Track
   business performance, profitability, portfolio quality and productivity;
   take corrective actions.
8. Identify
   new rural ecosystems and opportunities for distribution expansion.
9. Lead
   and develop Area Heads and the regional team.
10. Ensure
    strong governance, compliance and risk management.
11. Leverage
    data, analytics and technology to improve acquisition, productivity and
    portfolio performance.

Experience

12+ years of experience in banking/financial services, partnerships,
distribution or rural banking, with demonstrated experience in business
ownership, partnership development and team leadership.
