Regional Head Training

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver training programs for insurance agents, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Activate new agents by providing comprehensive orientation sessions and ongoing coaching to ensure they meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with the agency development team to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted training initiatives to enhance agent performance.
• Provide regular feedback and evaluation metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

Job Requirements :

• 10-20 years of experience in insurance industry or related field (e.g., sales, education).
• Proven track record as a trainer or sales professional in an insurance company.
• Strong understanding of activation processes for new agents joining an agency network.
• Ability to design engaging learning experiences using various delivery methods (classroom instruction, online modules, etc.).
