Own and deliver South India revenue and AUM targets with full P&L accountability
Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Kerala
Build brand presence through industry networks, community engagement and thought leadership
Drive expansion into Tier 2 markets including Coimbatore, Madurai, Vijayawada, Mangaluru, Mysuru, Kochi and Thrissur
Recruit, mentor and lead a team of Client Partners across South India
Personally prospect and onboard UHNI families including industrialists, promoters, senior professionals and first-generation wealth creators
Cross-sell the full advisory suite covering financial advisory, tax, legal, succession, philanthropy and lifestyle management
Act as escalation point and senior relationship custodian for complex client situations

Target backgrounds: Regional or Zonal Banking Head from private bank wealth or private banking; Senior Private Banker or Cluster Head with a UHNI book; Senior Wealth or Distribution Leader with regional P&L; NBFC or financial services Regional Head with business family relationships across South India.
