Job Title: Regional Head Sales (PCG)

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Regional Head – Sales (PCG) with a strong background in the stock broking industry to establish and grow PCG business in Raipur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of Sales Advisors.
• Drive sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Develop and expand the PCG business in the Raipur region.
• Build strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Bring an existing team of Advisors or build a strong sales team.
• Achieve regional business targets and ensure business growth.

Candidate Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in the stock broking industry.
• Strong sales, leadership, and team management skills.
• Experience handling Sales Advisors and driving business.
• Ability to establish and grow business in Raipur.
• Willingness to work from the Raipur office.
• Stable career history is a must.
• Current CTC should be up to 20 LPA.
