Regional Head Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
• Manage Primary & Secondary Sales and ensure consistent business growth.
• Handle General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and distributor networks.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage and distribution.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure effective territory planning, sales forecasting, and target allocation.
• Drive product availability, visibility, and market penetration across the region.
• Prepare and review sales MIS, forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functions to ensure smooth business operations.

• Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
• 10-18 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG/Food & Beverage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Regional/Area/Zonal Sales management.
