Regional Head - Retail Business

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Head - Retail Business to lead retail responsibilities for a growing business or client assignment. The role will own performance across the assigned market, working with local teams, partners and key customers while maintaining strong commercial discipline. The person will be expected to translate business objectives into practical plans, review performance through clear metrics, coach team members, manage internal and external stakeholders and step in to resolve issues when priorities change. Depending on the assignment, the role may involve revenue ownership, key accounts, vendor or partner management, budgeting, process improvement and regular management reporting. The role is based in Delhi NCR / North India and requires 12-18 years of relevant experience.
