Regional Head - MSE

Role & responsibilities

• Drive business acquisition, portfolio growth, and revenue enhancement.
• Strengthen customer/anchor/vendor/partner relationships depending on the role scope.
• Ensure compliance with credit, KYC, risk, and audit standards.
• Support customer onboarding, documentation, and relationship deepening.
• Collaborate with branches, credit, risk, operations, and product teams.
• Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency, and early warning signals.
• Enable digital adoption, process efficiency, and service quality improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in MSE, Supply Chain Finance, or Banking.
• Experience in credit, sales, portfolio, or relationship roles preferred.
