Regional Growth Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage relationships with brands, distributors, dealers, TSMs and channel partners.
• Identify new markets and drive merchant acquisition across the region.
• Drive merchant onboarding, activation and transaction growth.
• Develop growth plans for high-potential merchants and track performance.
• Identify and resolve dealer code mapping and revenue leakage issues.
• Drive distributor-led business generation through referral and incentive programs.
• Coordinate EMI offers, affordability schemes and promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with sales teams on pipeline, onboarding and transaction performance.
• Conduct product/process training for distributors, TSMs and retailer teams.
• Track competitor activities, market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduation.
• 58 years of experience in Sales, Business Growth or Channel Management.
• Experience managing brands, distributors, dealers and retail networks.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Result-oriented with high ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
