Regional / General Sales Manager (M.P & C.G)

• Target Achievement: Own and deliver the annual sales revenue, volume, and profitability targets for Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh .
• Market Expansion: Identify untapped pockets, expand geographic reach, and scale up the distribution footprint across key agricultural belts in both states.
• Product Portfolio Management: Drive the launch and penetration of new molecules, bio-pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides
• Distributor Network: Appoint, evaluate, and manage a robust network of super-stockists, distributors, and key retail dealers.
• Trade Relations: Foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key channel partners, key influencers, and agricultural cooperatives.
• Credit & Working Capital Management: Establish clear credit policies, monitor receivables, ensure timely collections

• Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute demand-generation activities, including farmer meetings, jeep campaigns, crop seminars, field demonstrations, and retailer meets in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Competitor Intelligence: Keep a close watch on competitor pricing, new product introductions, promotional schemes, and market trends in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh to formulate counter-strategies.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to state and central insecticide acts, licensing requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Operational Governance: Oversee regional logistics, warehouse operations, stock audits, and statutory documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate /Post Graduate in agriculture and having exposureMadhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
• Willingness to Travel: High frequency of travel across the assigned region i.e. Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh for market visits, channel partner meets, and team reviews.
• Salary as per industry standard.
