About this role
LaundryTO is looking for a Regional Franchise Success Manager to manage franchise operations and ensure the overall performance, profitability, operational excellence, and brand compliance of franchise outlets across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor store revenue, profitability, operational performance, and key business KPIs.
* Drive revenue growth and improve the performance of underperforming franchise outlets.
* Conduct regular store audits and ensure compliance with company SOPs and brand standards.
* Monitor service quality, SLA compliance, customer complaints, Google ratings, billing, and POS usage.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees through regular reviews and performance discussions.
* Identify operational and financial risks and implement corrective action plans for underperforming stores.
* Support local marketing initiatives, lead follow-ups, customer retention, and revenue-generation activities.
* Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, grooming, service, and operational standards.
* Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to customer service and store discipline.
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, store health dashboards, risk-store reports, and action trackers.
* Conduct surprise inspections and follow up on identified operational gaps.
* Escalate critical issues and recommend appropriate operational interventions to management.
