Job Title Regional Facility Manager Job Description Summary The Regional Facility Manager oversees and leads the end-to-end delivery of complex facilities management operations, ensuring compliance, safety, service excellence, and effective stakeholder and team management across assigned sites. Job Description About the Role: Ensures regulatory compliance, safety, and proper maintenance of all assigned sites and assets Leads planning and execution of facilities operations, including inspections, maintenance, and upkeep Manages supplier relationships, contracts, and procurement processes (end-to-end P2P) Oversees budgeting, cost control, and reporting (OPEX/CAPEX, performance, incidents, and service delivery) Leads teams and drives stakeholder engagement, performance management, and continuous service improvement
About You: Higher Level Qualification / Certification (such as Degree or Diploma) in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate Management, or related/equivalent course of study. 10+ years of relevant experience in comparable roles (including developmental roles) along with a consistent track record of success and achievements in prior developmental roles. Possess an expert level knowledge of complex large-scale building systems and property operations (such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building management and control and/or related systems knowledge and competencies) Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills (ideally multi-lingual) Demonstrable leadership experience with high-performing teams
