Regional Debt Recovery Manager - Three Wheeler Loans

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team responsible for debt recovery, loan collections, and delinquency management across multiple regions.
• Develop and implement effective collections strategies to minimize write-offs and maximize recoveries.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement in the debt management process.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of industry developments.

Job Requirements :

• 8-14 years of experience in vehicle finance or related field (NBFC).
• Strong understanding of collections strategy, debt management principles, and regulations.
• Proven track record in managing teams for successful debt recovery outcomes.
