Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Credit Operations Manager High Ticket LAP to manage credit operations and ensure smooth, timely and quality processing of high-value Loan Against Property (LAP) proposals across the region.

The role will work closely with Sales, Credit, Legal, Technical, Risk, Operations and Collections teams to ensure quality underwriting, faster TAT and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Credit Operations for High-Ticket / Prime LAP business.
• Review and monitor LAP cases from login to sanction and disbursement.
• Ensure accurate documentation, data verification and adherence to credit policies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, Risk and Operations teams for smooth file movement.
• Monitor TAT, pending cases, sanction pipeline and disbursement.
• Ensure proper assessment of income, banking, customer profile, repayment capacity and property-related documents.
• Identify credit/process gaps and ensure timely resolution of escalations.
• Maintain strong focus on quality of sourcing, risk controls and portfolio quality.
• Monitor regional MIS and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Lead, train and monitor the Credit/Operations team and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, KYC, AML, audit and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• 815 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending Credit Operations.
• Strong experience in High-Ticket / Prime LAP preferred.
• Experience with reputed Bank / NBFC / HFC / Financial Services organizations.
• Good understanding of credit assessment, income analysis, banking analysis, property documentation and LAP processes.
• Experience managing regional teams and handling high-value loan cases.
• Strong knowledge of credit policy, risk controls, documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, decision-making and team-management skills.
