Regional Credit Manager - Housing Loan

Lead the credit underwriting function for the Housing loan portfolio across the assigned region
Evaluate credit proposals sourced through the Direct Sourcing Channel, ensuring compliance with credit policies and risk parameters
Conduct detailed financial, business, banking, and cash flow analysis to assess borrower creditworthiness
Review collateral security, property valuation, legal reports, and technical due diligence for secured lending proposals
Work closely with Sales, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure timely credit decisions and seamless loan processing
Drive portfolio quality by monitoring approval standards, early warning signals, and delinquency trends
Guide and mentor regional credit teams to improve underwriting quality, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT)
Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, audit requirements, and risk governance frameworks
Support business growth by balancing prudent credit decisions with customer-centric service delivery
