Regional Collection Manager - Retail Collections(Field Collection MIB)

Role & responsibilities :

Role Summary :

Responsible for driving field collection performance for MIB retail buckets across the assigned region. Manages agencies, ensures compliance, optimizes recovery, and handles escalated customer cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage regional MIB field collections with focus on bucket-wise recovery.
• Allocate accounts, monitor daily follow-ups, and drive rollrate improvement.
• Lead and evaluate collection agencies and field executives.
• Handle escalations, customer visits, settlements, and dispute resolutions.
• Ensure strict compliance with collection guidelines and regulatory norms.
• Coordinate legal actions and support SARFAESI/Section 138 processes where relevant.
• Review MIS, track KPIs, and report performance to leadership.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of retail field collections and agency management.
• Good negotiation, customer handling, problemsolving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and drive outcomes.
• Comfortable with MIS, dashboards, and field tech tools.

Experience
610+ years in retail collections with field exposure; regional team/agency management preferred.

Education
Graduate/Postgraduate.
