Regional Business Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute regional business plans to drive growth, expansion, and revenue increase in the FMCG industry.
• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets, provide coaching, training, and mentorship to improve performance.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to identify new opportunities and resolve issues.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 7-18 years of experience in regional business management or similar role in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of the FMCG market in India with knowledge of local regulations and cultural nuances.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage high-performing teams.
