About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategy, dealer management strategy, and business development plans, along with accurate sales forecasts to achieve annual objectives.
- Identify and develop new key accounts to expand the customer base.
- Effectively manage the customer and influence ecosystem through well-defined systems and processes.
- Monitor debtors and coordinate with credit control to ensure timely billing and collections.
- Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize obsolete and slow-moving stock and reduce overall inventory costs.
- Develop and execute a channel distribution strategy and ensure regular and timely reporting from dealers.
- Ensure effective execution of sales and business strategies in the region.
- Provide training and guidance to the Regional Sales team to enhance performance.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem solving & interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with good negotiation & communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.
