Regional Business Manager - South

About Role: Lead the Regional business for our premium Natural Diamonds & Solitaires division through the B2B/Shop-in-Shop (SIS) retail model. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the partner network, ensuring operational excellence, and building high-performing sales teams.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Incentives up to 15 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, profitability, and market share across the region.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Manage key retail partners and strengthen strategic relationships.
• Identify and onboard new SIS partners.
• Lead and mentor KAMs, ASEs, and CSEs to maximize productivity.
• Ensure merchandising, inventory, and brand visibility standards across stores.
• Analyze sales trends, customer insights, and competition to drive growth.
• Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, HR, and Supply Chain for seamless execution.
