Regional Business Manager (RBM) - Tractor Loans

Role & responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Deliver regional Tractor Loan disbursement targets in terms of volume, value, and profitability.
• Develop and execute regional business strategies to increase market share.
• Identify new business opportunities in rural and semi-urban markets.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate Area Managers, Relationship Managers, and Sales Officers.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
• Drive productivity enhancement initiatives across the region.
• Ensure adequate staffing and capability development.

Dealer & Channel Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tractor dealers, manufacturers, and channel partners.
• Expand dealership network in high-potential markets.
• Conduct dealer visits and review partner performance regularly.
• Negotiate and implement incentive programs for channel partners.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8-12+ years of experience in Vehicle Finance, Tractor Finance, Rural Lending, Agri Finance, or Retail Assets.

• Minimum 3-5 years in a regional leadership role.

• Strong understanding of rural markets, dealer financing, and credit processes
