Regional Business Manager- Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure distribution, detailing and display
• Develop and maintain list of minimum 360 chemists in given territory and maintain desired frequency of visit as per agreed norms
• Ensure minimum 70% productive calls
• Setting annual and monthly targets for field force and monitoring performance with timely correction to meet objective
• Identify, appoint & develop important distributors network across key markets /cities
• Maintain / work out the weekly secondaries at the distributors for understanding the secondary trend /off-take patterns
• Ensure reach of products to interiors through wholesalers with local campaigns
• MCC (Mass Consumer contacts) activities like Inshops, Trade fair participations etc to increase awareness & affect Tertiary offtakes
• Conduct relationship building activities like chemist meets and loyalty programs
• Maintain inventory level at retailers through POBs.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have experience in OTC business

Minimum 8+ years of team handling or people management experience
