Regional Business Manager CV & CE

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in commercial vehicle and Commercial equipment finance, ensuring timely disbursement of loans to customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored financing solutions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 10-20 years of experience in commercial vehicle (CV & CE) finance or related field (NBFC or Bank).
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles.
• Proven track record in managing teams and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
