Regional Business Manager - Anti Diabetic

Job Role:

Mankind Pharma is hiring a Regional Business Manager (Second Line Manager) for its Anti-Diabetic portfolio at Kolkata HQ.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Area Business Managers (FLMs) and their MRs across the region.
• Own the region's sales targets, business plan and budget.
• Develop FLMs through coaching, joint field work and performance reviews, and hire and retain talent.
• Drive engagement with key diabetologists, physicians and opinion leaders, CMEs and new launches.
• Track the market, competition and stockist health across the region.
• Make sure the team follows CRM reporting and company policies.

Requirements:

• Graduate (B.Sc / B.Pharma preferred); MBA is a plus
• 5-8 years in pharma field sales, with proven experience managing a team as an FLM
• Anti-diabetic / cardio-diabetic experience preferred
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills
• Based in or near Kolkata and willing to travel across the region Apply directly on this posting
