Regional Business Head

• Mandatorily experience in and inclination to do Direct Corporate Acquisition - preferably in Group Funds business acquisition in Life / General Insurance or Insurance Broking companies
• Has inclination & ability to directly contact corporates, identify decision makers and develop relationships
• Understands asset classes within ULIP (Unit Linked Insurance Plan) funds and how Traditional products work
• Understands the basics of Equity & Fixed Income Instruments
• Can read & interpret financial statements of corporates
• Tracks geopolitical events and how they move markets and fund performance
• Influencing CFOs, Trustees, HR Heads and Consultants with different priorities

• Balancing business growth, retention and fund performance expectations

• Creating differentiated investment-led solutions within regulatory and trust frameworks
