Regional Academic Head (Beauty & Wellness)

Brief of role:

Responsible for overseeing technical assessments, upgrading faculty competencies, and ensuring academic excellence across franchise centers.

Responsibilities:

• Academic Management: Oversee the academic operations of franchise centers, ensuring that all educational programs are delivered effectively and meet defined standards. Maintain delivery standards across all centers and ensure on-time course completion for students as per the batch start date.
• Training Delivery & Support: Manage and deliver training programs for faculty members at franchise centers, based on the identified Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Ensure that all new centers are onboarded with appropriate academic training within the defined timelines.
• Faculty Evaluation & Development: Conduct regular evaluations of faculty performance, ensuring that all evaluations are completed on time. Develop and implement training programs based on TNA findings to enhance faculty capabilities. Manage the recruitment and deputation of faculty, adhering to timelines for closing positions.
• Student Development: Monitor students' interview selection rates, aiming to achieve an appropriate percentage of success.
• Team Management & Channel Partner Interaction: Manage team issues effectively and facilitate interactions with channel partners. Provide technical support to the channel partners network to ensure seamless academic operations.
• Learning & Growth Initiatives: Conduct research on new products and initiatives to support learning and growth. Organize and lead seminars, workshops, and other learning events, focusing on both technical and sales support.
• Centre Visits & Compliance: Ensure regular visits to centers to monitor academic performance and compliance with accrual standards. Maintain accurate and timely reports on academic operations.
