Region HR Head

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR activities for the sales function within the designated region.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and sales goals.
• Oversee performance management, employee development, and training initiatives for the sales team.
• Partner with Regional Directors, Sales Heads, and business leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Drive workforce planning, organization design, succession planning, and people analytics to support business decisions.
• Lead regional hiring to ensure >90% Manpower Available as per defined AOP. • Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Identify capability gaps and implement learning and leadership development initiatives to strengthen organizational capability and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and promote a fair, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
• Drive HR process improvements, automation, and operational excellence to enhance service delivery.

• Strong understanding of Sales HR practices.
• Expertise in sourcing, assessing, and attracting high-quality sales talent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead HR teams and influence business leaders.
• Experience in designing and delivering sales focused learning and development programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and drive data backed decision-making.
• Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance.
