Regenta Resort Sakleshpur - Associate / Sr. Associate - F&B Services

Job Summary:Responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service to guests while ensuring high standards of hospitality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve guests in a professional and courteous manner.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and process them promptly.

• Set up, maintain, and clear dining/service areas.

• Explain menu items, promotions, and beverage options to guests.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.

• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food-safety standards.

• Operate POS/billing systems and handle payments where required.

• Maintain adequate stock of service items and report shortages.

• Follow company SOPs and safety procedures.

For Sr. Associate:In addition to the above, the role may involve:

• Guiding and supporting junior team members.

• Handling shift responsibilities and service coordination.

• Monitoring service quality and guest satisfaction.

• Assisting supervisors/managers with daily operations and staff training.

• Supporting inventory control and operational reporting.

Typical Requirements:

• Diploma/degree or relevant qualification in Hotel Management/Hospitality is preferred.

• Experience in restaurants, hotels, caf s, banquets, or other FB operations.

• Good communication and customer-service skills.

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Grooming, teamwork, and attention to detail are important.
