Reflections Info Systems - AI Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API applications.
• Leverage AI-driven testing tools and techniques to optimize test creation, execution, and maintenance.
• Develop automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks.
• Build and execute API automation using REST Assured, Postman, or equivalent tools.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Implement AI-based test optimization, self-healing scripts, intelligent test selection, and predictive analytics.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Continuously improve testing processes, automation coverage, and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in QA Automation.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or Cypress.
• API Testing (REST Assured, Postman, SoapUI).
• AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., Copilot, Testim, Mabl, Functionize, Tricentis, ACCELQ, or similar).
• TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest.
• SQL and database validation.
• Git, Maven/Gradle.
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.

Good To Have

• Experience with GenAI or LLM-based testing solutions.
• Performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
