Job Title: Lead (Manager) Referral Sales

Location: Mumbai (Thane)
Reporting To: Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
Travel: ~50% travel to Bangalore
Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday off; Saturdays & Sundays working)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on sales leader to drive our Referral Sales function. The Lead (Manager) – Referral Sales will be responsible for executing referral sales initiatives, ensuring consistent target achievement, and improving team productivity through strong daily performance tracking and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly referral sales target achievement
  
• Monitor and review activity metrics such as referrals generated, follow-ups, meetings, conversions, and net bookings
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions
  
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, SOPs, and reporting standards
  
• Collaborate with the Referrals Program Lead to deliver business numbers
  
• Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Operations, and Experience Center teams to improve conversion outcomes Job Description - Manager
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 10+ years of overall sales experience
  
• Minimum 5+ years of experience leading medium-sized sales teams
  
• Strong background in target-driven, execution-focused sales environments
  
• Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced sales ecosystem
  
• Open to frequent travel across company locations in India
  
• Good to have: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  
• Preferred industries: Timeshare, Telecom, Insurance, FMCG/FMCD, General Trade, Modern Trade
