Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, nursing homes and healthcare professionals.
• Generate patient referrals and increase hospital footfall through referral networks.
• Conduct regular visits to doctors and referral partners.
• Promote hospital services, specialties and key facilities.
• Build strong relationships with referral sources and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Track referral activities and prepare regular reports

Requirements:

• 2 -5 years of experience in hospital marketing / referral sales / healthcare sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Candidates with experience in hospital/healthcare referral networks will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of the local Ajmer healthcare market.
