Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RedPoint ETL Developer with strong expertise in RedPoint Data Management (RPDM), ETL development, data integration, and data transformation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, and optimizing ETL workflows to support enterprise data processing and analytics requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using RedPoint Data Management (RPDM).
• Build data integration pipelines for extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, flat files, and external systems.
• Perform data profiling, data quality checks, reconciliation, and error handling.
• Troubleshoot ETL failures and optimize workflow performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and database teams to understand data requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation, mapping specifications, and ETL process documentation.
• Support production deployments, monitoring, and incident resolution.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with RedPoint Data Management (RPDM).
• Strong ETL development and data integration experience.
• Advanced SQL skills and database concepts.
• Experience in data transformation, data cleansing, and data quality.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Experience in ETL debugging, performance tuning, and production support.

Good to Have

• Experience with RedPoint Data Cloud or other RedPoint products, where relevant.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with scheduling, automation, and enterprise data pipelines.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have strong hands-on RedPoint ETL development experience, a good understanding of data integration concepts, and the ability to independently develop, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL workflows.
