Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Bulk Hiring Recruiter to manage high-volume recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates within defined timelines while meeting recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end bulk recruitment for multiple positions and business requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Manage daily calling, screening, interview, and joining targets.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet immediate and future hiring requirements.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly MIS reports.
• Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding activities.
• Minimize candidate dropouts and offer declines through effective follow-ups.
• Ensure recruitment targets and turnaround times are met consistently.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and work with tight deadlines.
• Good negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and job portals.
• Strong time management and target-oriented approach.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate; HR or related qualifications preferred.
• 14 years of experience in bulk hiring, volume recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for customer support, sales, operations, retail, BPO, or other high-volume roles is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also be considered.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of candidates sourced and screened.
• Interviews scheduled and completed.
• Number of offers released and candidates joined.
• Joining ratio and offer-to-joining conversion.
• Time-to-fill and recruitment turnaround time.
• Candidate quality and retention.
