Recruitment Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for volume hiring campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct bulk hiring drives through various channels such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals to meet client demands.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (recruitment).
• Strong understanding of Hindi language is required.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment projects (bulk hiring) with multiple stakeholders involved.
• Preferred candidates who can speak hindi(mandatory)
