Recruitment Specialist

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our team. This role is open to freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience, and candidates from any academic or professional background are welcome to apply. We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical ability, clear intent to build a career in recruitment, and the willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle bulk sourcing for multiple roles across different domains and geographies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen profiles against role requirements and maintain relevant talent pipelines.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening.
• Manage candidate data, trackers, and recruitment systems accurately.
• Coordinate assessments, interviews, onboarding, and candidate follow-ups.
• Track sourcing metrics, pipeline movement, and hiring progress.
• Work closely with the recruitment team and stakeholders to close requirements within timelines.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Sourcing, or a similar role.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment are welcome.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with high-volume sourcing and recruitment targets.
• Strong data management and organizational skills.
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Good attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proactive approach to sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet timelines.
