Recruitment Specialist

What you will be doing

• Manage end-to-end sourcing for blue-collar hiring across the Middle East.
• Support sourcing and coordination for recruitment drives
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Workday, local job portals, employee referrals, and market references.
• Build strong talent pipelines for construction and engineering roles while ensuring quality and turnaround time.
• Coordinate with team to understand hiring requirements and market availability.

Are you the one

• 2–3 years of sourcing experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure hiring or blue collar hiring.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Workday, and local sourcing channels
• Strong sourcing, networking, and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Any Graduate with a Master's in HR (preferred).
