Recruitment Specialist - Sintex by Welspun (Third party payroll)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to offer closure and joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate discussions, and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth interview and feedback processes.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to identify and evaluate suitable candidates.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent.
