We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in sourcing and hiring top talent.
Roles and Responsibility - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
- Source and screen candidates using various channels, including social media and job boards.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Proven experience in recruitment, focusing on international recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
