Recruitment Specialist HR and Talent Acquisition

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and non-IT positions.
• Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable profiles based on skills and experience.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with clients/internal teams.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, interview status and profile tracking.
• Handle offer generation, joining formalities and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
• Coordinate with management on manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Support client communication and relationship management.
• Assist with business development activities such as lead generation and identifying potential clients, if required.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR Operations, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing and profile screening.
• Good understanding of IT hiring and technical skill requirements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and candidate relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Good follow-up, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Knowledge of offer management and joining formalities.
• Candidates with exposure to Business Development, B2B Sales or client handling will be preferred.
