Cotmac | Madhya Pradesh (MP) Branch

Cotmac is looking to recruit experienced sales professionals for its Madhya Pradesh operations. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong background in industrial automation sales, established customer relationships, and in-depth knowledge of the local industrial market.

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and business development for SIEMENS PLCs, DCS, VFDs/drives, and industrial automation solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Manage key accounts and engage with decision-makers across industries, including plant heads, maintenance teams, electrical departments, and purchase teams.
• Identify potential customers, generate enquiries, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop business across Indore and surrounding industrial areas.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in industrial automation and technical sales.
• Strong understanding of PLC, DCS, and drive applications.
• Established customer network and good knowledge of the Indore industrial market and nearby industrial clusters.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business independently and convert opportunities into orders.

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell PLCs, DCS, VFDs/drives, and related industrial automation products.
• Identify prospective customers and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular customer visits, understand technical requirements, and coordinate with internal technical teams.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, enquiries, and commercial proposals to achieve sales objectives.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships across Bhopal and nearby industrial areas.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in industrial sales, preferably in PLCs, DCS, VFDs/drives, or automation solutions.
• Good knowledge of the local industrial landscape and customer base in Bhopal and surrounding areas.
• Existing relationships with manufacturing industries, OEMs, system integrators, and industrial end users will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, customer development, and sales execution skills.

• Preference will be given to candidates who are already active in the local industrial market, understand the key industrial areas, have established relationships with customers, and can generate business from day one. Relevant product knowledge combined with proven sales performance and a strong local customer network will be the key selection criteria.
