• Client & stakeholder management
• Advanced sourcing techniques

• Mentoring junior recruiters/interns
• MIS reporting and recruitment process improvement
• Target-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
Graduate required | MBA in HR preferred
Position 2: Recruitment Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment operations across teams and clients
• Allocate requirements and monitor recruiter productivity
• Track CV submissions, interviews, selections, offers & joinings
• Monitor TAT and recruitment funnel metrics
• Coach Team Leads and recruiters
• Identify bottlenecks and improve closure ratios
