RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise recruiters and telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets for overseas manpower requirements.
• Manage job orders, allocate vacancies, monitor candidate sourcing, CV collection, interviews, selections, and ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
• Conduct daily kick-off meetings, review team performance, monitor telecaller/recruiter productivity, and submit daily recruitment reports to management.
• Ensure candidate quality, proper consent and documentation, accurate Microsoft 365/CRM updates, and smooth coordination from registration through deployment.
• Coordinate with clients, CRO, mobilization and management teams to achieve recruitment and deployment targets, with responsibility for maintaining candidate records and recruitment data.

Job Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience in manpower sourcing or recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of client coordination and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and candidates.
