Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, social media, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interview rounds.
- Coordinate with the Principal, HODs, and management on hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring status.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or a relevant degree.
- 3 + years of recruitment experience preferred.
- School or educational institution recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of job portals, bulk hiring, and recruitment processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
