Recruitment Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee end-to-end recruitment operations for GCC countries.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the recruitment team to achieve monthly hiring targets.
• Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements, qualifications, experience, and recruitment timelines.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Monitor candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, selection, and deployment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, and recruitment partners across GCC countries.
• Ensure timely submission of candidate profiles and follow up on interview schedules and selection results.
• Monitor recruitment performance, team productivity, placement ratios, and daily reporting.
• Coordinate with documentation and visa-processing teams to ensure smooth recruitment and deployment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable recruitment regulations and client requirements.
• Handle escalations, resolve recruitment-related issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and targets.
