Budget: Up to 80,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing recruitment professional with strong expertise in team handling, target achievement, revenue generation, and client account management. The candidate must have a proven track record of driving recruitment closures, meeting individual and team revenue targets, managing key client accounts, and ensuring business profitability.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and team leadership.
• Proven track record in achieving recruitment targets and generating revenue.
• Expertise in client handling, account management, and business growth.
• Strong experience in BFSI/Technology leadership hiring for MNCs.
• Ability to drive team productivity, closures, billing, and profitability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  The ideal candidate will be a strong recruitment leader with a business-development mindset
  who can manage clients independently, lead and motivate a recruitment team, generate new
  business, grow existing accounts, and consistently achieve revenue and placement targets.
  Candidates with a proven track record in recruitment consulting, staffing, executive search, or
  RPO environments will be preferred.
  Strong experience in BFSI/Technology leadership hiring for MNCs is preferred.
