Recruitment Manager

About the Role

Flexton Inc. is looking for an experienced and hands-on Recruitment Manager to lead technology recruitment initiatives across our staffing business. This role requires a strong combination of hands-on technical recruiting, recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, team leadership, and business partnership.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with hiring managers, clients, senior leadership, and the CEO to understand business requirements, drive hiring outcomes, improve recruitment processes, and build a high-performing recruitment function.

This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring active involvement in sourcing, screening, candidate evaluation, client coordination, offer management, and closure of critical technology positions.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Recruitment & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technology positions across various skill sets, including Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, QA/SDET, AI/ML, Product, and other emerging technologies.
• Personally handle and close critical, niche, and senior-level technology positions.
• Conduct initial technical/functional screening and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technology professionals.
• Ensure timely submission of quality candidates against client and internal requirements.
• Drive the recruitment process from requirement gathering through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions to improve closure rates.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Partner closely with business leaders, account managers, to understand current and future hiring requirements.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner to stakeholders and provide regular updates on hiring progress, market availability, challenges, and timelines.
• Work with stakeholders to clarify job descriptions, skill requirements, seniority, compensation expectations, and candidate profiles.
• Manage expectations around candidate availability, market conditions, salary benchmarks, and time-to-fill.
• Build strong relationships with internal business teams to support repeat and strategic hiring.

CEO & Leadership Interaction

• Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team on strategic hiring priorities and recruitment performance.
• Provide regular updates to the CEO on open positions, pipeline health, hiring progress, closures, challenges, and recruitment KPIs.
• Present data-driven recruitment insights and recommend improvements to hiring strategy.
• Support leadership in workforce planning, hiring forecasts, recruitment targets, and talent acquisition strategy.
• Take ownership of high-priority or business-critical hiring requirements assigned by leadership.

Team Leadership & Recruitment Operations

• Lead, mentor, and support recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.
• Establish clear recruitment goals, KPIs, productivity standards, and accountability mechanisms.
• Review recruiter performance and provide coaching on sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and closures.
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews and recruitment performance meetings.
• Develop standardized recruitment processes, templates, trackers, and reporting mechanisms.
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of ATS/recruitment systems and hiring reports.
