Job Summary

The Judge Group is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our US Staffing team in Hyderabad. This role requires a strong mix of team leadership and hands-on IT recruitment experience, with a focus on driving performance, mentoring recruiters, and delivering top talent for US clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US Recruiters.
• Drive full-cycle recruitment for IT positions across the US market.
• Develop sourcing strategies and ensure quality candidate delivery.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and hiring metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders to meet client hiring needs and delivery goals.
• Support recruiter training, development, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 7-8 years of experience in US Recruitment/Staffing.
• Prior experience managing recruitment teams.
• Strong expertise in IT recruiting and candidate sourcing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
