About this role
Experience: 1012 YearsWe’re looking for an experienced US Staffing Recruitment Manager to lead a team of 10+ US recruiters and manage high-volume amp; strategic customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor amp; drive performance of 10+ US recruiters
• Manage high-volume US IT recruitment – Contract, C2H amp; FTE
• Drive recruiter KPIs, SLAs, productivity amp; delivery
• Manage customer, MSP/VMS and stakeholder relationships
• Oversee recruitment operations, dashboards amp; MIS
• Build scalable sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
• Support workforce planning, account growth amp; new customer onboarding
Ideal Candidate
10–12 years of US Staffing experience
Proven experience managing 10+ recruiters
Strong exposure to high-volume customers amp; enterprise accounts
MSP/VMS experience preferred
Strong leadership, stakeholder management amp; delivery skills
