Recruitment Manager (Technology & Consulting)

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager - Technology & Consulting to lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities for technology and consulting functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing recruitment teams, partnering with business leaders, and delivering high-quality talent within agreed timelines.

Role & responsibilities

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within Technology, IT, Consulting, or Professional Services sectors.
• Proven experience leading recruitment teams and managing hiring delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent mapping, and recruitment strategy.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring analytics.
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience in Technology and Consulting recruitment with expertise in sourcing and hiring niche talent.
• Proven ability to lead recruitment teams and deliver hiring targets within timelines.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, workforce planning, and recruitment strategy.
• Strong knowledge of talent sourcing, talent mapping, and executive search techniques.
• Experienced in recruitment analytics, KPI tracking, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and drive continuous recruitment process improvements.
