Recruitment Manager - Corporate Hiring

Role: Recruitment Manager

Location: Palavakkam, Chennai

Role Summary:

Lead corporate hiring and recruitment operations across key business functions and partner with business leaders and functional heads to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, driving productivity, hiring targets, and recruitment TAT.
• Lead corporate hiring across functions such as finance, HR, IT, operations, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and other support functions.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
• Handle mid-level and senior-level hiring based on business requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements and build relevant talent pipelines.
• Monitor recruitment MIS, dashboards, funnel metrics, TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and overall hiring performance.
• Ensure quality screening, interview coordination, offer management, and smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Drive recruitment process improvements and maintain strong data discipline across the team.
• Manage recruitment consultants and external hiring partners wherever required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with strong exposure to corporate hiring.
• Experience managing a team of recruiters is preferred.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple corporate functions.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and recruitment MIS.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, hiring TAT, and talent pipeline management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
