Recruitment Lead

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned BPO, outsourcing, and business services requirements.

The role will lead sourcing and recruitment activities, manage a team of recruiters, build sustainable talent pipelines, and work closely with

stakeholders to ensure timely and quality hiring delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned BPO and business services roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Lead and guide recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future staffing requirements.
• Monitor recruitment performance, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, offer acceptance, and recruitment delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment partners.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable local labour requirements.
• Prepare accurate and timely recruitment reports and updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within BPO, outsourcing, staffing, or business services.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience managing or supervising a recruitment team is required.
• Experience managing recruitment across multiple countries or international markets is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
